IMPORTANT - Denturis is currently in BETA version. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss during the beta period. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept these beta conditions.

Denturis is a managed SaaS platform providing professional website creation and management services for dental practices. The service includes: professional website with custom design, patient alert system, messaging and conversation management, team management, FAQ management, treatments catalog, and activity tracking dashboard.

Access to the platform requires creating an account. Users must provide accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Setup fee: €650 incl. VAT (one-time, non-refundable). Monthly subscription: €97/month incl. VAT. Additional user account: €8/month incl. VAT (1 account included). All prices include VAT. Pricing may change with 30 days' prior notice.

Subscription can be cancelled at any time without commitment. No refund will be issued for the current billing period. The service remains active until the end of the paid period. The setup fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your website will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users must not use the service for illegal purposes. Users are responsible for the content they publish on their website. Users must not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

The Denturis platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Denturis. Users retain full ownership of their content (texts, images, data) uploaded to the platform. Users grant Denturis a limited license to host and display their content as part of the service.

Denturis's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Denturis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Denturis is not liable for data loss, service interruptions during the beta period, or actions taken by third-party services.

Users must not publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content. Users must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service. Users must not impersonate others or misrepresent their practice.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by users regarding the service become the property of Denturis. Denturis may use such feedback to improve the service without obligation to the user.

Denturis reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Verviers, Belgium.
